Day 1 Cycle 8 Chemotherapy - 21 October 2025 SPO2 = 98 BP = 128/81 Pulse = 68 Weight = 67.5 kg Temp : 36.2 C HB1Ac :  Back to Icon Cancer Centre for my maintenance chemo of Alimta.  This is my 8th cycle of chemo and the 4th under the maintenance regimen.  Also had my Vitamin B12 shot as well.  I need to take one every 9 weeks or so.   The paronychia toes are stable but still painful to the touch.  Dr Chan prescribed a medicine typically used to glaucoma!  Anyway, hope it works.  But still the antibiotic/steriod cream is necessary. Took another box of Tagrisso at full price this round.  Bill came up to $13,126. At least my insurance covers 90% of the total.   The steroid Dexamethasone was given intravenously as usual, before the Alimta, supplemented with 4 pills to be taken over the next 2 days.  I normally skip the oral steroid as it triggers my persistent hiccups like in the past.  Hope the lack of the steroids doesn...
